🚨 Call on Governor Abbott to VETO SB 3

While we’re celebrating Dad and normalizing cannabis, we also have to fight to protect access to these very products.

SB 3 has passed the Texas House and Senate, setting the stage for a return to prohibition.If signed into law, this bill would re-criminalize the sale and use of federally legal hemp products, including THCA flower.

👉 We’re urging all Texans—especially those who know firsthand how cannabis has helped them or their loved ones—to contact Governor Greg Abbott and demand a veto of SB 3.

We would’ve preferred a system of regulation. But we cannot stay silent while Texas is pushed backward.
